Shops are solely responsible for:

• Content uploaded, recorded, processed, or shared through the Service
• Ensuring that all required consents are obtained before collecting or processing data
• Compliance with employment, labor, and communications laws
• Lawful use of monitoring, recording, or analytics features

tekDrive does not monitor Content for legal compliance and does not determine whether consent is required for specific uses.

5. Enforcement

tekDrive reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP.

If we reasonably believe that a violation has occurred, we may, without prior notice:

• Suspend or terminate access to the Service
• Disable specific features or integrations
• Remove or restrict access to Content
• Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required by law

Enforcement actions are taken at tekDrive's discretion to protect the Service and its users.
